You can add notes to individual items or to the entire map to store additional information, references, or media.
Steps to add a note to an item
1. Select the item
- Left-click on the item where you want to add a note.
2. Open the note editor
- Click the Add note icon in the selection bar above the item.
3. Enter your note
- A note sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen.
- You can:
- Write your own text.
- Add a website link.
- Upload a picture or file.
- Insert a video URL.
- Click the small arrow at the bottom to confirm.
Managing Notes
Labeling items with a note
For each item that contains a note, an icon is displayed indicating the number of saved notes. If you click on that icon, a note sidebar will open showing the saved notes to the particular item.
