The map could not be loaded

If your map is not loading and you see an error message, there could be a few possible reasons

1. Were you logged out?

If you had a private map open and then clicked Log Out, your session ended, and you lost access to the map.

To regain access, log in again and reopen the map.

2. Do you have permission to view the map?

You might not have the required permission to view this map.

Ask the map owner to add you to the list of authorized users.

The owner can do this under the Share button in the top-right corner.
