How to bulk import items (topics, keywords, questions, headings)

1. Drag and Drop Items

• Drag the required item type (Topic, Keyword, Question, or Heading) from the bottom toolbar.
• Drop it onto the whiteboard to create a new item.

2. Use Add Multiple for bulk Import

• Click the Add Multiple option in the pop-up bar above the item.
• A window will appear where you can paste your list (each item must be on a separate line).
• Works well for copy-pasting from Excel or Google Sheets.

3. Organize large lists

• Break long lists into smaller groups before importing.
• Import each group separately to keep items well-structured in ContextMinds.
