Panning and zooming in the whiteboard

Scrolling

Rotating the mousewheel will scroll the whiteboard up or down. If your mousewheel supports that, you can also scroll left and right.

Zooming

Using the mousewheel

To zoom the whiteboard in or out, hold CTRL (or Control on Mac) and scroll using the mouse wheel. 

Using the +/- buttons

Click the plus (+) or minus (-) buttons in the bottom-right corner of the screen to zoom in or out.

Using the touchpad

Use the "pinch" gesture on a touchpad (spreading or pinching two fingers) to zoom. Alternatively, press CTRL (or Control on Mac) and slide two fingers up or down on the touchpad to zoom in or out.

Moving the whiteboard

Using the mouse

To move the entire map, place the cursor in an empty space on the map, press and hold down the middle or the left mouse button, and drag the mouse in any direction.


To move a single item or relationship, Hover the cursor over the item or relationship, press and hold the left mouse button, and drag it to the desired position.


To move multiple items, hold Shift and click to select multiple items. Once selected, release Shift, click any selected item, hold the left mouse button, and drag to move all selected items together.


To duplicate items, select items using Shift (click each item or drag to select), then press CTRL+C to copy. Click on an empty space and press CTRL+V to paste the duplicated items.

Using the touchpad

To move the entire map, place two fingers on the touchpad and slide them in any direction.
