How to copy maps from one workspace to another

Copying maps between workspaces in Contextminds allows you to move content efficiently while keeping your work organized. Follow these steps to transfer maps from one workspace to another.

1. Select the maps to copy

  1. Open Contextminds and navigate to the workspace containing the maps you want to copy.
  2. Hold down CTRL (Windows) or ⌘ Command (Mac) and click on each map you want to copy.

2. Copy the selected maps

  1. Press CTRL + C (Windows) or ⌘ + C (Mac) to copy the selected maps.
  2. Switch to the target workspace or folder where you want to move the maps.

3. Paste the maps into the new workspace

  1. Press CTRL + V (Windows) or ⌘ + V (Mac) to paste the copied maps into the new location.
  2. The maps will now be available in the new workspace.

4. Remove the original copies (optional)

  • If you no longer need the maps in the original workspace, select them again and press Delete to remove them.

Alternatively, you can use the drop-down menu Mass actions (as shown in the interface) to access copy options.
