How to create a workspace in Contextminds

Workspaces make collaboration in Contextminds easier thanks to shared folders for storing maps.

1. Check your plan

The ability to create workspaces depends on your subscription plan. Ensure your plan includes this feature before proceeding.

2. Access the workspace list

  1. Open Contextminds and go to the dashboard (home screen): 👉 ContextMinds dashboard
  2. Click on the My Maps.
  3. Select Create Workspace from the available options.

3. Set up your workspace

  • Name your workspace for easy identification.
  • (Optional) Invite team members to collaborate.
  • Start adding and organizing maps within the shared folders.

Your workspace is now ready! You and your team can start collaborating seamlessly on shared maps.

✓ Note: workspaces are separate collaborative environments where access is set at the folder level. To grant users access to all maps within a workspace, set the permission for the particular folder or assigng them the Admin role. Admins can edit all maps, folders and members in that workspace.
