Overview of all notes & pinning notes to an item or to a map

Viewing all notes
To see all pinned notes, open the Notes Sidebar on the right. This includes:
- Notes pinned to specific items.
- General notes pinned to the map (not linked to any item).
If no item is selected, all notes will be visible in this panel.
Pinning Notes to an Item
There are two ways to pin a note to an item:
1. From Related Suggestions
- Hover over the + button next to a suggested item.
- Click the Push Pin icon to pin the note.
2. Directly from the Map
- Click on an item in the map.
- In the popup bar, select Add note.
- Enter text, upload files, or add a video URL.
Pinning Notes Without Adding an Item
If you pin a note while previewing a suggested item (before adding it to the map), the note will be saved under Pinned Notes (to map) in the Notes Sidebar. This allows you to save useful information without placing the item on the map.
