How to rename, delete, or change the owner of a workspace

To manage a workspace in Contextminds, you must be the owner. Follow these steps to rename a workspace, transfer ownership, or delete it.
1. Open the workspace administration.
- Navigate to Contextminds and open the workspace you want to manage
- Click on the drop down menu next to the name of the current workspace and click Manage workspace
2. Switch to the Settings tab, here you will find options to:
- Rename workspace
- Transfer ownership to a new user (⚠️ This will remove your access to the workspace)
- Delete the workspace
✅ Note: if you delete a workspace, the maps in it won't be deleted. They will be moved to the "My maps" section of their original authors.
